Workout for the day. . .

Hi all!  Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend.  Now that the long weekend has come and gone we can get back into our routines!  Today I did a mat class then went for a very short run/walk.....I have shin splits from my hike the other day so I took it easy.  I also jump roped and did some arm workout with a band.  I really want to get back into running....I have a love/hate relationship with it so it's hard to get back into it but once I get going I love it!
